Pick-up at the accommodation
In Trieste - Grado, we will pick you up directly from your accommodation and take you to your desired destination in Salzburg city.
This is possible because we travel in a minibus with a bicycle trailer and a maximum of 8 guests (and not in a 50-seater coach).
Payment is made directly to the driver.
FREE cancellation/change possible up to 24 hours before departure.

⚠️ We will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Grado. So you don't need to bring your suitcases and bicycle with panniers to the collection point in Grado; you can simply wait comfortably at your accommodation.

📌 Bicycle trailer for children / luggage
If you are bringing a trailer, please be sure to mention this when ordering (due to space requirements in the vehicle). Please fold the trailer as small as possible so that it fits in the trunk of a minibus. -
All prices include taxes, road tolls, and road tolls. A commitment will be made as long as there is capacity available.

Short-notice orders possible
Not everything in life can be planned.
From our own experience, we know that there are days when you're not feeling your best or the weather is extremely bad. In those situations, fixed appointments and prepaid rides can put unwanted time pressure on you as a guest. That's why we offer those who are still unsure about their fitness level or the weather the option of booking with us at relatively short notice. With us, you don't pay in advance, but directly to the driver in the car. We will confirm your booking as long as there is availability.
Cancellation / Change

It is important that we receive and confirm your cancellation in a timely manner so that you do not incur any costs.

No-show policy – failure to appear despite booking
First of all, it is very disrespectful to everyone who is organizing a service for you if you do not show up without cancelling in time.
If you do not cancel in time and the vehicle has already been driven to the agreed pick-up location, we will have to charge you 100% of the agreed fare. We appreciate your understanding.
Conversely, you would also be very disappointed if no shuttle arrived, even though you had booked one.
Therefore, our principle is: We work with mutual respect and reliability.
